You pay only for the ride, and you buy your own entry tickets at each attraction. That keeps our base price low ($89 adult) and lets you skip any stop you don't want to enter. We strongly recommend Chicago CityPASS for the bundled ticket savings.

Yes — strongly recommended. CityPASS bundles entry to Skydeck, Art Institute, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and the Shoreline Architecture Boat Tour at Navy Pier into one discounted pass. Two stops require pre-booking timed slots: Skydeck at 10:00 AM, and the Architecture Boat Tour at 1:00 PM.

About 7 hours 45 minutes total — 9:00 AM departure, ~4:45 PM return. 14 guests maximum including the driver. We never oversell.

We run tours every day except Tuesday, which is our weekly holiday. The van will run on schedule even if only one person has booked.

Unfortunately, no. The tour is not wheelchair friendly, as our van does not have a wheelchair lift and passengers must be able to climb the van steps.

Yes. Stripe handles all card data. RRRTours never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or expiry.

Names are for our passenger manifest (insurance and emergency contact). Age is to comply with Illinois child-passenger restraint law (age-appropriate restraints required under 8) and to apply adult vs. child pricing correctly.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no fuel surcharges or hidden fees.

Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. Inside 24 hours, no refund. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Email Booking@rrrtours.com with your booking reference. We confirm the cancellation and process the refund the same business day.

Stripe typically returns funds to your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. After that, we can't move the seat.

No, we do not allow the transfer of tickets.

No. One central pickup keeps the tour on schedule and the price low. McDonald's is a 5-minute taxi from most downtown hotels.

No. The van isn't a luggage transport — personal day bags only.

Water in a sealed bottle is fine. No food, no coffee, no alcohol inside the van.

Yes. You don't have to exit at every stop. The driver will let you know when to be back.
