Please read carefully before booking or boarding our services.

1. Routes & Operations

Our routes and schedules are planned to provide the best possible experience. However, services may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Service disruptions or schedule changes may occur due to:

  • Adverse or severe weather conditions
  • Heavy traffic or road congestion
  • City-wide events, parades, or public gatherings
  • Government-mandated road closures, protests, or civil events

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel any service without prior notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or additional costs arising from schedule changes or disruptions outside our control.

2. Tours

All tours operate on a fixed, pre-scheduled basis. We do not offer unlimited or open hop-on hop-off boarding.

  • Scheduled departures only: Your ticket is valid solely for the specific departure time shown on your booking confirmation.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive at your designated boarding point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
  • Latecomers: Buses will not be held for late arrivals. No refund will be issued for missed departures due to lateness.
  • Guide instructions: All passengers must remain with the group and follow the tour guide’s instructions at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
  • Rejoining at later stops: Passengers who miss a scheduled stop may rejoin the tour at any subsequent stop at their own expense. We are not responsible for any transportation costs incurred to reach the next stop.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is structured as follows:

  • 72+ hours before departure: Full refund to the original payment method.
  • 24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund, or a full credit voucher valid for 12 months (your choice).
  • Under 24 hours / no-show: No refund will be issued.
  • Company-initiated cancellations: In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds for approved requests will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. To request a refund, contact us with your booking reference number before your scheduled departure.

Note: Promotional, discounted, and group tickets are non-refundable unless the company cancels the tour. One free reschedule may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.

4. Onboard Rules & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers, the following rules apply on board all vehicles and at all tour stops:

  • No dangerous or disruptive behavior: Aggressive conduct, excessive noise, or any action compromising the safety or comfort of other passengers or staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Baggage: Bags, luggage, and personal belongings must be stored securely and must not obstruct seats, aisles, or emergency exits at any time.
  • No alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on board all vehicles.
  • No smoking or vaping: Smoking, vaping, and use of e-cigarettes are not permitted on board or within immediate boarding areas.
  • Food and beverages: Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in sealed containers are permitted. Strong-smelling food is discouraged out of consideration for fellow passengers.
  • Photography: Personal photography for non-commercial use is welcome. Commercial filming or photography requires prior written consent.

Passengers found violating onboard rules may be asked to disembark immediately. No refund will be provided in such cases, and we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during our tours or on our vehicles.
  • Passengers participate in tours at their own risk. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

6. General

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
